Pre-launch is not “the app builds”. It is a final comparison between the product, provider behavior, legal promises, store forms, and the artifacts you will ship.

iOS and Android production artifacts, production-evidence.json, provider setup,
legal site, store metadata, and rollback plan. Return a go/no-go decision with
evidence links, unresolved risks, owners, and blocking severity. Do not submit.The gate covers
- physical iOS and Android journeys and accessibility evidence,
- typecheck, lint, tests, Expo Doctor, backend tests, web/legal builds, and Maestro,
- auth recovery, purchases, restore/manage/expiry, deletion, push, links, offline, AI timeout/cancel, and upload cleanup,
- Privacy, Terms, Support, public deletion, App Privacy, Data safety, permissions, SDK manifests, age/content rating, and review access,
- final icons, screenshots, prices, trials, localizations, IDs, versions, support inbox,
- analytics identity/reset, Sentry scrubbing, alerts, rate limits, jobs, and ownership,
- EAS production channel/runtime and a rollback plan.
pnpm verify:production intentionally rejects placeholders, mock adapters,
unsigned links, and missing evidence. Passing is necessary, not permission to
submit. Stop when any critical claim lacks real evidence.
